The A6187 will be fully closed at Mytham Bridge, Bamford  from 27th to 31st October (Monday to Friday), 9am to 3.30pm

This will affect traffic approaching Castleton from the east (Sheffield/Chesterfield).

The diversion route will add 20-30 minutes to your journey.

DIVERSION: Diversions for all traffic, are via the A623/B6049/A6187 via Tideswell, Bradwell and Hope.

Traffic coming from the east of Castleton (Sheffield/Chesterfield) should use the A623 Calver to Tideswell and turn right at The Anchor Inn onto the B6049 through Bradwell and then turn left at the lights (Travellers Rest Pub) onto the A6187 through Hope to Castleton.
